Scott is a Licensed Property Manager in the state of South Carolina.  He also was recently awarded the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) Certification.   He has been in the field since 2005 and previously worked as an accounting manager and property manager for another local company.  Scott brings a well rounded view of association management with an extensive background in association accounting.

Scott has lived in Myrtle Beach since 2002 with his wife and four children.  He is a little league coach in the Carolina Forest community.
