Mr. Barlow is the President and CEO of KA DIEHL  and is responsible for all operations of the company.   K.A. Diehl is an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®). 

Prior to joining K.A. DIEHL, Rob worked for a national insurance broker specializing in community associations along with his Wife, Robin,  who then Co-Founded ADP Barlow Insurance.    Rob previously owned Barlow & Associates, Inc.; a family owned business started in 1975, that was sold in 1997. Barlow & Associates specialized in association management to over 150 client Associations and 20,000 homes throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.  Rob attended his first National Conference  in Philadelphia in 1984 is involved on both the local and national levels of CAI, is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), holds the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) and Community Insurance Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS®) designations.  In addition, he recently served on CAI's National Board of Trustees and is Past Chairman of the CAI National Business Partners Council and Board Liaison to the Insurance Advisory Board . Rob is a currently serving on the CAI New Jersey's Board of Trustees and SC Legislative Action Committee.  His is a member of the CEO-MC as well as a past member of the Insurance Risk and Manager Designation Committees, and  the CAI National Credentials Council.   Rob is also the Treasurer of his local United Way & Community College Foundation and a Trustee on Warren Hospital in NJ.

Rob is a graduate of Eastern University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with a major in Business Administration, and a minor in Finance.   Rob and his wife Robin have three children,  Jena, Justin and Alana and their newest addition, a grandchild - Brody.
