Diehl has established an employment program which allows us to efficiently evaluate our current staff and prospective employees to ensure effective management of your community.

Recognizing the importance of personal and professional growth, K.A. Diehl established an educational program which provides our staff with continuing education through in-house seminars, lectures and extensive involvement with the Community Associations Institute (CAI). All of our staff has benefited from CAI's local and national programs, including their Professional Management Development Program and M-100 Essentials of Community Association Management;  these are the foundations to become a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and for obtaining the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations

K.A. Diehl is also one of only three (3) companies in the area which are an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC).  Companies displaying the AAMC have complied with continuing education, insurance requirements and adhere to a professional code of ethics in addition to adopting other industry specific requirements.

The PCAM and AMS designations are two highly respected designations in the community association management industry. Both require a commitment to a professional code of ethics and continuing education.  We currently employ  5  PCAM's and all managers are required to attain their CMCA® and AMS®  designations.

K.A. Diehl maintains a unique blend of manager, assistant and maintenance staff to support the overall operation of our management services to your Association.  To that end, we strive to maintain a ratio of  5-8 properties per portfolio manager and their support staff, depending on the experience of the manager and overall services required by each Association.   These numbers are not a representation of your specific portfolio manager as they reflect an overall snapshot of the company structure as it exists today.
