Principals in KA DIEHL have been actively engaged in the management of Homeowner Associations, Condominium, Resort Associations and Trusts for over twenty five years.  We currently manage over 15,000 homes and 100+ Associations with various area offices. We are an independent professional management firm that specializes in the management of common interest realty associations with programs that guide, assure, and enhance.

KA DIEHL was established in 2002 by Kellie A. Diehl, PCAM® and is operated by the principals of the company, Robert E. Barlow, Jr., PCAM® and Jack Boselli, PCAM®.  Prior to coming on board with KA Diehl, Kellie, Rob and Jack were partners in Barlow & Associates, Inc.; all principals have and continue to remain active in the Community Association Industry with more than Sixty (60) years combined service.

KA DIEHL is staffed with over 140 employees consisting of managers, accountants, bookkeepers, and maintenance personnel who collectively and consistently deliver competent and courteous services to our client associations.  The firm achieves a high level of efficiency through the owning and operating of the latest in web enabling bank lock box, e-mail, voice mail, and computer technology.  Our system and staff produce timely and accurate financial records and reports, data base resourcing, and work order tracking and reporting.
