Kim started at K.A. Diehl in early 2011 and is on-site community manager at the Myrtle Beach Resort.  Kim is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).

Kim has a B.S. in Accounting from Georgian Court College.  She worked in the accounting field for over fifteen years prior to starting in the management field.

Prior to joining K.A. Diehl, Kim worked for over 7 years in the management field.  She started in the Accounting Department, processing accounts payable and preparing monthly financials.  She then transitioned to become a portfolio property manager in 2005.

Kim recently moved to Myrtle Beach from Toms River, NJ with her husband, two children and granddaughter.
