Ms Granozio is the Executive Vice President of our Pennsylvania & New Jersey Regions. She is responsible for the supervision of the Community Managers, staffing and all Association Management functions of the Region. 

Joanne recently joined KA Diehl.  She is a Certified Manager of Community Associations, (CMCA)  and  holds the Association Management Specialist (AMS)  and Professional Community Association (PCAM) designations . She is also a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) in New Jersey.  Prior to joining KA Diehl, Joanne worked for over  twenty (20) years with a Southern New Jersey Management Firm where she held several positions including Vice President of Operations.

Joanne and her husband and daughter live in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
