Mr. Boselli is the Executive Vice President, CFO of  KA Diehl where he oversees all financial aspects of the company and its services.

Jack was also a partner in Barlow & Associates, Inc. he was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until 1997, when the company was merged and sold to a large Property Management Company. He then moved to the investment field as Community Association Program Director with Raymond James a National Investment House.  Jack has been actively engaged in the consultation and management of Community Associations for over twenty (20) years.  Jack has completed all requirements for the Association Managment Specialist (AMS) designation and, in 1994, he earned the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM)  designation. 

Jack is a graduate of Widener University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting.   Jack and his wife Meg have three children;  Danny, Jacqueline, and Dave
