Disclosure:  In addition to the fees outlined in our proposal or management contract for services rendered;  KA Diehl may also receive direct or indirect compensation for their role in providing insurance products or services and other general services to your Association pursuant to a direct or indirect affiliation with an organization.  These fees are NOT in addition to those presented by the organization, in no way affect the pricing of the product or service and are included in the overall contracted service by the Association and are fully disclosed during the process to ALL parties.   The partnerships created by KA Diehl create a direct benefit to the Association and in no way distort or interfere with the competitive bidding process.   All final decisions on products presented rest with the Board of your Association.     ADP Barlow Insurance;  K.A. Diehl Watchmen Services, K.A. Property Management Services (PMP Program);  K.A. Diehl Vendor Program are specifics examples of these Affiliations.
