STANDARDS

• Review the ASSOCIATION'S protective covenants, rules and regulations pertaining to common area.
• Provide a list of any violations and make recommendations as to corrective actions.
• Assist the Board in maintaining the overall preservation of the community so as  to protect the property values of the ASSOCIATION members.

2.      RULES ADMINISTRATION

• Receive, in writing, all complaints regarding violation of the covenants of the ASSOCIATION.
• Inform, in writing and as outlined in the established policies of the ASSOCIATION, any resident who is in violation of the protective covenants, rules or regulations.
• Recommend action in the administration and enforcement of fines, legal action, etc. with regard to infractions of the rules.

3.      RULES DEVELOPMENT

•  Assist and recommend in the on-going development of rules and Regulations of the ASSOCIATION.
• Advise and direct the Board as to their responsibilities regarding enforcement and administrate same.
•  Inform the Board of any significant legislation or court decisions which may affect any of the established rules and regulations of the ASSOCIATION.
